Animal Clinic of Honolulu is ready to hire a veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team. We are a progressive, full-service veterinary hospital located in Kaimuki. As a receptionist you will be responsible for facilitating a positive and engaging environment for clients, patients and staff. You must be able to demonstrate professionalism when scheduling appointments, addressing client concerns and articulating medical advice. As the first and last person each client sees during their visit, your position is vital to the satisfaction of the clients. Job duties include answering phones, checking in/out clients, cash handling, scheduling appointments, computer work, texting clients, and more administrative work.
